Transparent process, factory QC at every step
You always know where your order is. Here is exactly how a typical order moves through our factory.
Artwork check (day 1)
Our design team reviews your file for printability — resolution, bleed, color mode. If anything needs fixing we send a corrected proof back for approval.
Physical sample (days 2–4)
For custom designs we cut and print a real sample so you can check color and feel before committing to bulk.
Production (days 5–19)
Bulk run in our own workshop: printing → lamination → die-cutting → magnet attachment → final visual QC. Photos of your production run sent on request.
Packing & shipping (days 20+)
Individually inspected and packed into retail-ready cartons or poly bags. We ship by express (7–10 days), air, or sea — DDP to the US & Canada available.
After-sales (ongoing)
Replacement for any defect found in QC reports within 30 days of arrival. Reorder discounts from your second order.
